Meet The Team
Our journey into holistic wellness has evolved over many years of intentional living, rooted in plant-based foods, communal values and a deep commitment to physical longevity. And despite these daily efforts, we still felt something was missing due to the lived experiences of unrecognized ancestral and parental inheritance from deep emotional wounds and generational trauma that old “traditional” approaches could not fully address.
In our search for deeper guidance, we were introduced to the power of energy healing and the body’s subtle energetic systems. What began as curiosity soon became a "higher calling". Trusting our intuition — even when it challenged conventional norms — we immersed ourselves in certified training programs to refine our skills and deepen our understanding. Today, we offer an integrated approach backed by professional credentials and years of lived experience to provide transformative support for those ready to heal from the inside out.
